1. What is the cost of registration for the TechEase workshop? Does it include all three days and all events?
    Workshop registration fee will be updated soom. For TechEase 2009 the workshop fee is Rs 500/-

2. Can you provide us the details of the workshops? Who are the speakers?

3. I forgot my email id and password on the Techease site? How do I get them back?
You can use "Request new password" from the left side links under ' User Login'. If you still could not retrive it, please register again with new user ID.

4. Can we bring our parents or friends along with us?
You can bring your friends along with you but they are not allowed to attend the workshop. Accommodation is also not provided by IIITH for the people who have not registered for the workshop.

5. What paper-work do we need to do, bring with us to get accommodation?
Bring your college identity card along with you.

6. What all I should be ready with / prepare before hand to attend the workshop?
Having an inquisitive mind, an urge to learn new things is enough.

7. Are students expected to make presentations or give seminars during the 3-day event?
The speakers/Workshop Leaders might give you some tasks during the workshops. One or two teams at random can be picked to present their work. You need not prepare any presentation before-hand.

8. I am from a far-off place in Hyderabad, (e.g., Ibrahimpatnam). Will I be given accommodation at IIIT-Hyd?
We give first preference to people coming from outside Hyderabad. Depending on the number of people requesting accommodation, we might consider such applicants on a case by case basis.

9. How do I arrive at IIIT-H?

10. Are we given any certificate of participation?
All participants would receive a 'Certificate of Participation' from IIIT-Hyderabad and UMO.

11. Are there good tourist places close to IIIT-Hyderabad which we can see after a day's schedule?
Birla Mandir, Hussain Sagar Lake and Charminar are about 1 hour drive from IIIT-H.

12. Is it compulsory to attend all 3 days of the workshop? Can we leave after 1-day? 2-days?
We designed our program topics and scheduled speakers covering major topics of Usability. If any participant leaves without attending all 3-days, he/she will receive only partial knowledge. And Certificates will not be issued for those people.

13. I received a mail inviting me for the conference, but my name is missing from the "Selected Participants" list on techease.in?
Our apologies. Please mail us immediately with your details. We will update the page.
